EnviroChemie acquires DLK Technologies SA
EnviroChemie AG in Switzerland is gaining strength with the acquisition of DLK
Technologies SA, enhancing both its market presence and its product portfolio.
On 12 December 2023, EnviroChemie AG from Eschenbach, Switzerland, took over DLK
Technologies SA based in Le Locle in western Switzerland.
DLK has been providing solutions for the treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater
and materials for over 30 years. The company’s compact biological plants enhance
EnviroChemie’s product portfolio of compact, standardised wastewater treatment plants.
Marc Vuilliomenet will remain CEO of DLK Technologies.
“EnviroChemie has already been active in western Switzerland for many years. We hope
that the takeover of DLK Technologies will underline the importance of the market in
western Switzerland and bring us even closer to our customers,” explains Nico Siegenthaler,
CEO of EnviroChemie AG.
